Artist Phan Niem – Vietnamese Watercolor Paintings on Silk – Nguyen Art Gallery

Phan Niem was born in 1971 in Hue in Central Vietnam. In 1998, he graduated from Hue Fine Arts University and became a member of the Hue Fine Arts Association. Phan Niem specializes in Silk paintings.
