How Will Your Painting Be Packaged and Shipped?

Step 1:

The painting will undergo a final quality check by artist Lê Xuân Hưởng - owner of the Nguyen Art gallery.

Step 2:

The painting will be thoroughly cleaned, and relevant documents such as the original painting certificate and invoice will be attached to the artwork.

Step 3:

The painting will undergo four layers of wrapping to minimize the impact from any bumps during transportation.

Step 4:

After the final wrapping layer, the painting will be placed inside a specially designed wooden crate tailored for this artwork.

Step 5:

The art crate will be sealed shut and secured with screws and straps to ensure that the entire crate remains intact and undamaged during transportation.

Step 6:

The art crate will be transported by a truck, and our partnered shipping company will be responsible for delivering the painting directly to your doorstep.

The painting will be removed from the chassis and rolled into a cylindrical shape, wrapped with a protective layer to safeguard the painting surface. Subsequently, the rolled painting will be securely placed into a tube, sealed tightly at both ends. Customers can carry it conveniently like luggage. In case of long-distance transportation needs, we will place the painting tube into a custom-designed wooden crate, tailored to fit the dimensions of the painting tube (similar to the method mentioned above), and deliver it directly to the customer's doorstep.
