Artist Minh Dam – Vietnamese Watercolor Paintings – Nguyen Art Gallery

Minh Dam is a Polish artist of Vietnamese origin.
He was born in Hanoi, Vietnam, and emigrated with his parents to Poland at the age of 7. He graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology with a master’s degree in architecture and urban planning.

Minh Dam began his journey with watercolor in 2004 and in 2007 he started his career in teaching with watercolor as his main focus. He is a co-founder of the Polish Watercolorist Association and one of Poland’s most influential watercolor artists. He has held many workshops and exhibitions in countries around the World including Italy, France, Spain, Albania, Ukraine, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Mexico, China, Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, etc. Besides several prestigious awards at international exhibitions, he also had several solo exhibitions in Poland and Vietnam.

Currently, Minh Dam has returned to his hometown and assumed the role of lecturer at the Hanoi Architectural University, sharing his knowledge and experience with future generations.
