Artist Hoang Ngoc Hoan was born in 1985 in Bac Giang, Vietnam. In 2013, he graduated from the Vietnam University of Fine Arts.

As a freelance artist with a romantic realism perspective, he is drawn to the simplicity of life, especially the daily lives of ethnic minorities in the northern mountainous regions of Vietnam. His works captivate viewers with fleeting yet emotionally impactful moments.

With a solid foundation in oil painting techniques and years of professional experience, each brushstroke, every detail, and his striking use of color create an irresistible appeal for art enthusiasts. Through his artworks, he has developed a distinctive style and left a lasting impression on both domestic and international art lovers.
