Artist Nguyen Phuong – Vietnamese Watercolor Paintings – Nguyen Art Gallery
Artist Nguyen Phuong, born in 1978 in Hanoi, is a passionate creator specializing in watercolor paintings. Although he has loved drawing since childhood, it was not until 2018 that Nguyen Phuong decided to pursue art seriously. Before that, he studied at Hanoi University of Civil Engineering and Interior Design at the University of Industrial Fine Arts. However, his encounter with watercolor marked a turning point in his creative career.
Nguyen Phuong focuses on landscapes and still life in his art, depicting places he has visited. Alongside his passion for travel, he carries brushes and paints, along with a small notebook to capture the beauty of the places he encounters. These may include a mountain sunset, poetic beaches dotted with fishing boats, and the quaint streets of his hometown, Hanoi.
