The exhibition “Heritage Treasure” introduces some illustration collections featured in Heritage Magazines from 2013 onward. Participating artists include Vu Dinh Tuan, Tran Quang Minh, Nguyen Truong Linh, Pham Hung Anh, Nguyen Van Duc and Nguyen Van Cuong. These collections are precious pieces of art that reflect Vietnam’s contemporary art scene. Viewers will have the chance to see the artists’ different styles, thereby gaining insight into the diversity of Vietnamese fine arts in the 21st century.
The illustration collections and other fine artworks will be auctioned to raise funds to build schools in impoverished mountainous areas in Vietnam.
There is also a Fundraising Auction for the construction of schools for needy highland children, from 2pm to 5pm Sunday, April 27, 2014 with the participation of Tri Minh and New Ca Tru artists.
