The aftermath of Typhoon Yagi has left deep scars across northern provinces. Thousands of homes have been swept away, fields and roads are submerged in water, and countless families are facing the pain of losing loved ones and their homes.
Millions of hearts are turned towards the beloved northern region. Now more than ever, community support and solidarity are the greatest sources of encouragement for those affected by the disaster. As a Vietnamese brand, with a spirit of mutual assistance, on September 11, 2024, Nguyen Art Gallery’s staff united to call for donations to support those heavily impacted by Typhoon Yagi.
In just 6 hours of the campaign, we raised a total of 21,450,866 VND, including contributions from the company’s budget, the Vision Heart Foundation, and donations from staff and their families. This amount will be sent to the Hanoi Association For Women Entrepreneurs and various charitable organizations, as well as used to purchase essential items such as clean water and necessities to aid in the current crisis.
Every item sent represents the heartfelt support and solidarity of Nguyen Art Gallery’s staff. We hope this collective effort will provide some warmth and hope to the flood-affected communities during this difficult time.
We also extend our gratitude to the agencies, units, and especially the hundreds of thousands of soldiers and citizens who have participated in rescue and relief efforts, swiftly helping the affected communities overcome the floods. We hope that with the unity of the Vietnamese people, the flood-affected communities will soon stabilize and return to peaceful lives.
