Some Vietnamese artists in printed painting will meet their Belgian counterparts within the framework of art exhibition “Vietnam – Belgium Printed Paintings in Dialogue” for the first time in Belgium and then in Vietnam in April 2015.
The event features many well-known artists in Vietnam and Belgium: Pol Authom; Michel Barzin; Marie-France Bonmariage; Virginie Faivre d’Arcier; Chantal Hardy; Habib Harem; Martine Monfort; Nguyen Nghia Phuong; Le Huy Tiep; Ngo Anh Co; Phan Hai Bang; Pham Khac Quang.
All of them have had experience in many international exhibitions so throughout the two exhibitions, in Vietnam and Belgium, the audience can explore distinctive cultural characteristics of each country, beyond cultural assimilation posed by globalization.
